After Grandpa and Halie left, more visitors arrived. First Quentin's Aunt Debbie, followed by GG, and Quentin's good friend Shelley. Aria was too sleepy to visit with anyone though.
GG brought Quentin and I some delicious Starbucks Chai Tea Lattes. This proved to be a big mistake for me! I was wired after that! Around 9:00, Quentin's BFF Amanda wanted to come visit. I was wide awake so I told Quentin to have her come on up! While Amanda was there, the nurse finally gave Aria her first bath. This is different from when Antonio was born. They used to bathe the baby right away, now they wait 12 hours. I also got to take a luxurious shower!
Now that she had a bath, I got to put her first bow on!! It was a bit gigantic!
And we got to put on our matching gowns!
She loves her Auntie Amanda!
Amanda stayed and hung out with us for quite a while. I polished off the chips and guac my mom had brought me for lunch. Having a baby sure makes you hungry! After Amanda left, we all tried to go to sleep. Quentin was out like a light. I could NOT fall asleep. I finally remembered some time around 2 or 3 in the morning that they said I could have a percocet for pain and that percocet also helps you sleep. After that I finally got some rest.
